Modern Seat Springs sold per set. Two leaf, 3 hold center mounting. Full turned eye on bottom main leaf. Oil quenched and tempered in electric controlled furnace. Primed to prevent rust.  Modern seat springs the way they make them today put together with zinc bolts.
